1. Appointment Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, we respectfully request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Providing us with advanced notice allows us to reallocate the time slot to another customer who may be in need of our services.

Please note that cancellations made via social media messages may not be seen immediately, so we recommend calling or emailing us directly.
3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee or may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
- No-Shows: If you miss your scheduled appointment without notifying us, it will be recorded as a “no-show.” Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future services.
4. Special Orders and Parts
If your appointment involved ordering specific, non-stocked parts for your vehicle, please be aware that:
- Parts already ordered and shipped prior to your cancellation may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Custom-ordered parts or specialized items may be non-refundable. We will communicate any such conditions to you at the time the parts are ordered.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have prepaid for a service or paid a deposit and cancel within the acceptable 24-hour window, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Moto Xpert reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publishing.
