Welcome to Moto Xpert! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Moto Xpert’s services, website, and physical store located in Pune. By accessing our services or purchasing our products, you accept these terms and conditions in full. 1. General Conditions
- Acceptance: By bringing your vehicle to our facility, purchasing parts, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
- Service Availability: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Modifications: Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
2. Services and Repairs
- Estimates: Any cost estimates provided are approximations based on the initial inspection. If additional work or parts are required, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding.
- Delays: While we strive to complete all services within the estimated timeframe, Moto Xpert is not liable for delays caused by the unavailability of parts, unforeseen mechanical issues, or acts of God.
- Vehicle Storage: Vehicles must be picked up within 48 hours of service completion notification. A daily storage fee may be applied for vehicles left on our premises beyond this period.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon the completion of services and prior to the release of your vehicle. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and UPI payments.
- Outstanding Dues: Moto Xpert retains the right to hold the vehicle (mechanic’s lien) until all outstanding invoices for services and parts are paid in full.
4. Warranties and Guarantees
- Workmanship: We take pride in our work. Moto Xpert provides a limited warranty on our labor for a specific period or mileage (as specified on your invoice), whichever comes first.
- Parts: New parts installed by Moto Xpert are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. We do not provide warranties on second-hand parts or parts supplied directly by the customer.
- Voiding Warranty: Any warranty is immediately voided if the vehicle is tampered with, repaired by another shop, or used for racing/off-roading after our services.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Personal Belongings: Moto Xpert is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle. Please remove all valuables before handing over your vehicle.
- Unforeseen Damage: We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage, engine failures, or issues that arise post-service that are unrelated to the specific repairs we performed.
- Total Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moto Xpert’s total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for those specific services.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Spare Parts & Accessories: Unused, unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, subject to a restocking fee.
- Labor: Labor charges are strictly non-refundable. If you experience an issue with our repair work, please return the vehicle so we can inspect and rectify the issue under our workmanship warranty.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
